Grilled Chicken Wrap “California”     

Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast with romaine lettuce, bacon, avocado, tomato and a Peppercorn  Ranch Dressing.  Wrapped in a Honey Wheat Tortilla and served with steak fries or seasonal fruit.

 

Black Angus Burger Du Jour     

One third pound Black Angus Burger finished with chef’s choice of toppings served with 

steak fries or seasonal fruit.

 

Marinated Grilled Chicken Sandwich   

Garnished with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and mayonnaise. Served with steak fries or seasonal fruit.

 

The Classic Club Sandwich    

Fresh baked turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato, served with steak fries or seasonal fruit.

 

The Red Geranium Baked White House   

A signature dish. Asparagus spears wrapped in fresh baked turkey and ham over a croissant wheel.   Baked with a Swiss and Cheddar Cheese Mornay sauce and duchess potatoes.

Entrées accompanied by chef’s selection of vegetable and carbohydrate (starch) du jour, 

rolls and butter. Entrées include your choice of the house tossed salad, or Caesar salad,

 OR soup du jour, OR you may substitute our famous “She Crab Soup” ala carte for an additional $3.50.

 

Grilled Chicken Breast “Honey Mustard”     

Boneless chicken breast, topped with our own Honey Mustard Sauce.

 

Pasta Primavera   

Chef’s pasta du jour, served with a medley of fresh vegetables tossed in a light Alfredo cream sauce.  Served with Shrimp  or Topped with Grilled Breast of Chicken 

 

Herb Crusted Fresh Whitefish    

Broiled fresh Lake Superior Whitefish topped with parmesan herb bread crumbs.

 

Chicken Angelina   

Boneless breast of chicken marinated with garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon, oregano and

 cracked pepper.  Grilled on the open hearth and finished under the broiler with “bruschetta”

 style tomatoes and asiago cheese.

 

Fresh Grilled “Citrus” Salmon  

Grilled with Chef’s special herbs, topped with a citrus compound butter with lemon basil 

and served with fresh asparagus spears.

 

The Red Geranium Crab Cakes

Two medallions blended with traditional Maryland seasonings, accompanied

by our own Chipotle Remoulade.

 

Grilled Boneless Pork Chop

A hickory smoked center-cut pork chop, grilled on the open hearth and served with sautéed mushrooms.

 

Black Angus Chopped Steak

A 5 oz. USDA Choice Chopped Steak, grilled to perfection on the open hearth and

 topped with a Mushroom Bordelaise Sauce.

 

Grilled Flat Iron Steak “Bourguignon” 

Garlic rubbed 5 oz. hand selected steak, grilled for your liking over the open hearth and 

topped with a tomato burgundy wine sauce. Federal and State Safe Food Handling Guidelines strongly recommend against preparing any meat rare or medium rare.
