Chef Carved Slow Roasted Honey Smoked Pork Loin -$18.95

(For the ham lover) a generous helping of smoked pork loin topped with a Cumberland sauce.

Oven Baked Stuffed Chicken - $17.95

Stuffed with Proscuitto ham and brie cheese. Topped with a rosemary, shallot, mushroom Chardonnay cream sauce.

Fresh Grilled  “Citrus”Salmon  -  $22.95

Grilled with Chef’s special herbs, topped with a citrus compound butter with lemon basil and served with fresh asparagus spears.
